নাহিয়ান হাসান স্বচ্ছ-র বয়স এখন ৭ বছর। আড়াই বছরে ওর অটিজম ধরা পড়ে। তখন থেকেই নিয়মিত থেরাপি নিচ্ছে। মূলত চার ধরনের থেরাপি চলে। সেন্সোরি, হাইড্রো, স্পিচ আর বিহেভিয়ার থেরাপি। মাঝে ২ বছর সে স্পেশাল স্কুলেও গেছে। এরপর অবস্থার উন্নতি হওয়ায় নরমাল স্কুলে শিফট করেছে। তবে থেরাপি চলছে। নিয়মিত থেরাপির কারনে শুধু ASD থাকলেও এখন ADHD তে টার্ন করেছে। এই থেরাপি চিকিৎসা দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ও ব্যয়বহুল। তবে নাহিয়ান এমন একটা অবস্থায় আছে যেখান থেকে আশা করা যায় আর ১/২ বছর থেরাপি চালানো গেলে স্বাভাবিক জীবনে ফেরা সম্ভব। গড়ে প্রতি মাসে ওর ৩৫ হাজার টাকার থেরাপি লাগে। মানে বছরে ৪ লাখ। এভাবে গত ৫ বছর চলছে।

Nahian is a 7 year old boy who is taking various therapies here in RIAND. He was diagnosed as ASD (Autism spectrum disorder) child at the age of 2.5 years. From that time he took sensory therapy, hydro therapy, speech therapy & behavior therapy. He took 1 to 1 special schooling also. Nahian has developed a lot. He is now going to normal school but taking therapies regularly. From 2020 he turns to ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) from ASD child. With the continuation of therapies Nahian is responding very well. .
