Mohammad Zakir Hossain Momin (Age 49), the only earning member of a family with two bright teenage daughters Zubaida Momin Suprova (8th class) and Nusrat Momin Protiva (1st girl in 5th class), has been suffering from KIDNEY FAILURE since May 2019. He is currently taking Dialysis Treatment but needs Kidney Transplant as early as possible. The transplant operation (in BSMMU Hospital), Donor management, pre and post-surgery cost is estimated to be USD $43000 (or BDT 3600000). By profession, he is a supporting stuff in the Dakhin Banasree Model High School and College. Most of his resources are already spent on the expensive dialysis treatment and a necessary ICU stay after a Cardiac Arrest during Dialysis Treatment. He is unable to bear this huge expense all by himself and is asking for your help.
