Zamil Ahamed Limon and Nahida Sultana Bristy were bright, talented, and dedicated graduate students at the University of South Florida whose lives were tragically and senselessly taken far too soon.
Their families are in Bangladesh, thousands of miles away, and are now facing the heartbreaking responsibility of bringing their beloved children home, transferring their belongings and remains, and arranging funeral proceedings. This fundraiser has been created to help ease those financial burdens, and the funds will be divided equally between both families.
Zamil and Nahida had planned to visit their families this summer and return to USF in the fall to continue their studies. Instead, their families are now preparing for their unexpected and heartbreaking final return to Bangladesh. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated. If you are an Intel employee, you may be able to use Intel’s donation matching program to maximize your support.
Please note that a separate GoFundMe fundraiser has also been organized by the BSA community at USF.
