Imagine being a child without a home, a safe place to sleep, or access to education. For many orphaned children in a remote village of Samonta in Moheshpur Upazila, Jhenaidah District, Bangladesh, this is a heartbreaking reality. Currently, 140 orphaned and destitute boys and girls desperately need a place to sleep, eat and learn the Quran. A group of local donors donated a land where 100 boys are living in inhumane conditions in a small tin and mud made house with indescribable hardship along with 4 teachers. Similarly, 40 girls are living in a separate tin and mud made house along with 3 teachers. But together, we can make a difference in their lives!

We are raising $50,000 to build Ankur Samonta Orphanage immediately, a loving home for 100 boys and 40 girls who desperately need shelter and care. This 2 storied facility with 8000 square ft area will include:

# Sleeping areas for comfort and safety
# Classrooms to provide Quranic education
# A dining hall for nutritious meals
# Restrooms for hygiene and ablution

With your support, we can give these children a brighter future filled with hope, love, and opportunity. In addition to learning the Quran, these kids will be given the opportunity to go to a regular school nearby.
