Mr. Nurul Islam who is old, poor and having almost no support to do surgery (as his only earning son earns only hand to mouth and cannot afford the immediate expense of almost 5 lac BDT). He has 3 or more 90% blocks in heart and need immediate surgery. But his family members cannot afford it as the son only earns for living hand to mouth. And the hospital is refusing to go ahead with the surgery needed unless they get the surgery expense of almost 6000 USD!
